Thanks to everyone for their advice. I did have to adjust tempo settings as the intro tempo is different from the target project into which I was inserting the intro. I did that using global settings and all is well. Did I mention how much I love this forum and how incredibly valuable it has been for me? I find that the support files provided by Apple are hard to access. So again, many thanks!!
