If you have an issue with Avid that you cannot resolve, contact Marianna by email or phone and she will do everything possible to help you – putting you in contact with the right people, personally overseeing the process to make sure that you are taken care of.

You may not have faith in Avid, but please have faith in Marianna. She has earned all of our trust and respect, which is a very hard feat to accomplish in the mass of cynics that we all are.
