You should uninstall the first Office Pro Plus, because it has been blocked and is not going to work again. The second Office Pro Plus may start working. Why can’t you use the Office , probably the best ever Microsoft Office!

Yes, Office , wish I had it back. I don’t remember as good as I used to, and I originally was going to tell you it was not supported any more.

I purchased a mew computer in late It is really fast and in February of this year I noticed it took almost a minute to boot and that is about 50 seconds longer than normal. I decided to reinstall Windows and I am pretty sure that is how I lost Office I wasn’t too concerned because I was sure I had the Office packet up with my computer supplies.

However, I must have thrown it away with some old software that I wasn’t interested at the time. I Purchased Office Professional Plus because I could not find an earlier version that would run my old Excel and Word documents, and admittedly , I was looking for the least expensive software I could find!

Looking back over this thread I am not really sure where you are with this! Can you open your Word documents and Excel spreadsheets? You can pin the Word and Excel Apps to the taskbar.
