Thanks for your feedback. My Mobile Broadband is unlimited, but either way, there should be someway to stop this annoying nagging. Setting the value to 1 means it is an unmetered network connection. Setting the value to 2 means it is a metered network connection. Threats include any threat of suicide, violence, or harm to another. Microsoft has failed to address this and it needs to be fixed NOW!
A company I’m providing I. Services for needs this to work and it’s a shame that our users have to use the Web version of Outlook as a work around. I’m very disappointed in Microsoft.

This issue could occur if you have enabled the metered connection. Once you have done this, Outlook will not show you the warning about metered connection. Hope this helps. After you have set the proper Administrative write permissions as described in the link I provided you need to change the value inside the 3G and 4G keys com 2 to 1 and you will no longer be bothers with nag screens or reduced download capabilities over you cellular mobile broadband data connection!
