I have a team member who has recently been changed from Small Premium Business to Business Premium, since the change of subscription, whenever he uses any of the Microsoft desktop software such as word, powerpoint, excel, the attached messages would pop up, sometimes preventing access to files. Please assist. Secondly, he has tried to install Outlook on a second desktop, and access was denied, see also attached.

One additional question is that whenever I receive files with insert images say the one from you, when I view them on outlook desktop I could never see the images, they show up as box with a cross, see screen grab.
